Vessel Features

The Fantasea Avalon boasts spacious decks spanning two levels, providing unobstructed views perfect for capturing those awe-inspiring moments. Whether you prefer the open-air vantage points or the comfort of our air-conditioned cabins, you’ll find ample seating both indoors and outdoors to suit your preferences. Large windows offer excellent visibility, ensuring you won’t miss a single breach or tail slap.

Things to Note

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • All fares are inclusive of GST in AUD
  • For the safety and welfare of the vessel, passengers, and crew, the captain has the sole and absolute discretion and authority to adjust the scheduled route under any circumstances.
  • Passengers cannot bring any illegal items or unlicensed alcohol on board.
  • All personal belongings will be the responsibility of the passengers for safekeeping.
  • Seasonal Cruise - Operates every day during whale season (winter - autumn)
  • The vessels are subject to change without notice.
  • Please indicate your preferred departure time when placing your order with a booking agent
  • Children from ages 5 to 15 will pay the child fare, while children under 5 years old will travel for free
  • You can also inquire about boat rental and private charter services if you would like

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
