Transportation

DEPARTING FROM: Ayers Rock Resort
RETURNING TO: Alice Springs

We collect you from outside the Outback Pioneer Hotel and all other accommodations in Ayers Rock Resort from 7:00 pm.
Your coach arrives at Alice Springs at approximately Midnight (Mar to Oct) or 1 am (Nov to Feb).

  • All per-person prices quoted are in Australian dollars
  • Public Holidays - Not Operating

What are the departure and return times?

The pickup time varies throughout the year as the sunset time changes each day. Your confirmation will list the pickup time for the time of year you are travelling.

We arrive at Alice Springs at approx 12 am from March to October, or at approx 1 am from November to February. You will be dropped off at your Alice Springs accommodation.

Can I bring my family?

Yes. Children aged 2 years and over are welcome on our tour and are charged at a child rate.

All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for their care.

What should I bring?

We recommend you bring the following on your transfer/Proof of booking (can include the e-version delivered to your email) / Water bottle/ USB chargers (there are USB ports on the coach)/ Travel pillow (as we will be driving after nightfall)

How many people are on each tour?

We have a maximum of 52 people on the tour bus. You will travel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

25% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
