Peninsula Hot Springs is the first natural hot springs, day spa, and wellness destination in Victoria. Natural geothermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths at this award-winning coastal oasis, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Peninsula Hot Springs’ two bathing facilities provide an experience for everyone.

Relaxation starts as soon as you book your visit to the Bath House, a place for families and friends to bathe and relax while connecting in nature. Immerse yourself in our expansive coastal oasis with over 20 globally-inspired bathing and wellness experiences to explore. To make your experience as smooth as possible, book at least a day in advance to secure your preferred booking and save. Spaces are limited.

Spa Dreaming Centre

The tranquil bathing experience is reserved for guests 16 years and older. Enjoy the serenity of this area which features over 20 thermal bathing experiences, mineral pools, a cold plunge pool, infrared, and traditional saunas, Hammam, a massaging bamboo shower, Zen Chi machines, and poolside lounges.

• We invite you to fully immerse yourself in our wellness destination as you wander our native coastal oasis with the freedom to experience all our pools, saunas, relaxation spaces, and more...
• Soak up the expanse of the Bath House and the tranquillity of the Spa Dreaming Centre with Reset All of Site Bathing and relax knowing that towel, robe, and locker hire is included.
• Available from 8 am, for guests aged 16 years and over.

Private Sanctuary & Bathe Package (8 am-11 pm)

Relax and unwind with our private bath or pool package, including unlimited access to the Spa Dreaming Centre thermal mineral pools. Private bathing Pavilion – a 45-minute private bathing pavilion with a choice of essential oils, lavender milk or tulsi tea. Private outdoor Bath – 45-minute private outdoor bathing experience ideal for solitary retreat, reconnection with a partner or special event with a group of up to 5 adults.

• Check-in at the Spa Dreaming Centre, available 8 am–11 pm, 7 days a week
• Admission includes unlimited access to over 20 bathing experiences reserved for 16 years and over
• Access to Bath House general bathing (additional 50 pools to experience)
• Towel, robe and locker hire included
• Maximum 2 guests per pavilion and 5 guests per private pool
• Pre-booking is essential and subject to availability
• Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their private bathing experience
• Pre-booking several days in advance is essential

Moonlit Bathing Admission (11 pm-5 am)

Indulge your sense of adventure with an overnight bathing experience like no other. Enjoy Moonlit bathing under the starry evening sky and unwind. Seven nights a week in our adults-only
Spa Dreaming Centre is available to guests 18 years and over.

• Moonlit Bathing available 10 pm–2 am, 7 days a week
• Groups to check in at the Spa Dreaming Centre Available to guests 18 years and over
• All bookings must be made by 2 pm on the day of the guest visit.
• Admission includes unlimited access to over 20 bathing experiences reserved for 18 years and over in the Spa Dreaming Centre
