• The helicopter package is recommended to include a maximum of one scuba diving session. If you wish to dive for a second time, it would be subject to "availability on the day" to check if there is enough time, and you may be required to pay an additional fee for the second scuba dive.
• ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT CHARGE (EMC) Inclusive in all marine cruise rates from 1st July 2023, the Environmental Management Charge is vitally important to the management of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park & World Heritage Area.
• DIVING All diving is subject to successful completion of an on-board medical questionnaire. Certain medical conditions (i.e: asthma) and some medications may exclude individuals from diving. The minimum legal age for diving is 12 years. All divers under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent. Certified Divers must produce their certification card. Please note: it is recommended to leave at least 12-24 hours between diving & flying with the time period dependent on depth, duration & number of dives.
• HELICOPTERS Bookings can be made for individuals, however a minimum of 2 pax is required for heli to operate. Flights are subject to pilot’s discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. 1 x FOC infant (0-2 years) is permitted per flight when mentioned at time of booking – subject to pilot approval. Accurate passenger weights are requested at time of booking for all helicopter passengers. Please note: child age for all heli flights and packages is 3-14 years.

FAQ

• Can I bring a camera for the Intro Dive?

For safety reasons, participants in the Introductory Dive who do not possess a scuba diving certification are strictly prohibited from bringing cameras underwater. Only individuals with an Open Water Dive License or higher are permitted to use waterproof cameras underwater. However, specific arrangements are subject to the instructions of the boat company's onboard instructors. (Please note that snorkeling or booking a second dive on the same day may allow you to bring a camera underwater.)

• What should I be aware when participating deep-sea activities?

Participation in all deep-sea activities, including scuba diving, helmet diving, underwater scooters, and other high-intensity activities, necessitates the completion of a health declaration form on the day of departure. You can request a health reference form from our customer service staff in advance after booking. If your health is deemed unsuitable for diving or participating in these activities on the departure day, a refund will not be issued.
