Peninsula Hot Springs is the first natural hot springs, day spa, and wellness destination in Victoria. Natural geothermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths at this award-winning coastal oasis, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Peninsula Hot Springs’ two bathing facilities provide an experience for everyone. Relaxation starts as soon as you book your visit to the Bath House, a place for families and friends to bathe and relax while connecting in nature. Immerse yourself in our expansive coastal oasis with over 20 globally-inspired bathing and wellness experiences to explore. To make your experience as smooth as possible, book at least a day in advance to secure your preferred booking and save. Spaces are limited.

Glamping in Style

Designed for pure relaxation, our premium glamping experience is nestled in natural surrounds with private decks, ensuite bathrooms, king beds and bespoke elements inspired by our environment. Overnight Glamping is inclusive of all of site bathing across both our Bath House and Spa Dreaming Centre, as well as a signature wellness experience. Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet served in Spa Dreaming Centre dining room. Guests can further, enhance their overnight glamping experience by adding spa treatments and an evening dining option to their stay.

1. Fire and Ice workshop
   The ancient practice of cryotherapy, or hot-cold therapy has inspired our Fire and Ice workshop. Allow our knowledgeable host to take you through a sequential 45-minute experience of hot saunas, deep breathing, and meditation before submerging in our 4°C ice plunge pool.

2. Body Clay ritual
Discover the powerful benefits of geothermal water and natural Australian Clay combining to form a rich paste designed for direct body application. Choose from a selection of four clays, discover the unique benefits, and begin to feel the invigoration of our Clay Ridge landscape.

3. Yoga Class 45~60mins

Bathe Houses & Spa Dreaming Centre

The tranquil bathing experience is reserved for guests 16 years and older. Enjoy the serenity of this area which features over 20 thermal bathing experiences, mineral pools, a cold plunge pool, infrared, and traditional saunas, Hammam, a massaging bamboo shower, Zen Chi machines, and poolside lounges.
