Tips for rafting activities:

  1. Cairns is like summer all year round, please take sun protection measures and stay hydrated
  2. Please wear light, easy-to-move clothes, sandals or wrapped shoes (slippers are not allowed), and there are also river-tracing shoes on site that can be rented.
  3. Please prepare an extra set of changing clothes, and make sure not to carry too much luggage and valuables.
  4. Please bring swimwear and bath towels.
  5. Participants must be at least 13 years old, and 13-18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
  6. Those who participate in high-difficulty competitions must have good swimming skills and must know enough English to communicate well.

Information and tips for the tropical rainforest horseback riding experience:

  1. Please wear long trousers, sleeved tops, and sports shoes. Waterproof boots and trousers are provided on site for tourists to rent.
  2. Since there are horse riding and wading activities between the activities, it is recommended to bring an extra set of clothes.
  3. Participants must weigh less than 95kg.
  4. Participants must be at least 4 years old.

Warm reminder for high-altitude skydiving:

  1. The weight of the participants must not exceed 95kg/person, and the skydiving company will charge $50-$100 for those between 95kg ~ 110kg.
  2. A health declaration form must be filled out on the day of the event.
  3. A simple health test is required on the day of the event.
  4. Please wear long trousers and sneakers.
  5. Those with long hair on the day of the event must tie their hair up and do not wear any accessories (such as: hair clips, headbands, necklaces, jewelry).
  6. It is recommended not to engage in deep underwater activities within 18-24 hours before the activity.
  7. Please do not drink alcohol before 12 hours.
  8. Children aged 18 or under require parent or guardian signature to participate in this event.

Tips for hot air balloon activities:

  1. If the bus is late, please call the manager on duty: HOT AIR 0438-711 770, RT 0418-734 993.
  2. Please bring sunglasses, a sunhat, sunscreen, and a camera/video camera. The temperature at the flying site in the early morning is low, so it is necessary to bring a jacket to keep warm to avoid catching a cold.
  3. Please wear flat shoes or sneakers and long pants. White or light-colored clothing is not recommended as you may get slightly dirty.
  4. Ladies please refrain from wearing high heels and skirts.
  5. Guests who have arranged other itineraries after the hot air balloon, if the hot air balloon is canceled, they need to go to the next meeting place to participate in the itinerary.
  6. If the trip is canceled due to weather, the cost of this item will be refunded.
    Self-driving guests please park at 345 Byrnes Street Mabreeba Heritage Information Center at be there 4:40am (Please be on time, the staff will not wait for you).

Reminder for Sea Activities:

  1. Guests who are prone to seasickness, please take seasickness medicine half an hour before sailing. Travel Calm is recommended.
  2. Please wear sun protection, such as: sunscreen, sunglasses, sunhat, and bring water and hydrate yourself regularly.
  3. Please bring swimwear, bath towels and a change of clothes. There are changing rooms on board.
  4. For guests who booked helicopter or diving and underwater activities, please find the staff on the ground floor immediately after boarding the ship and fill in the form. Professionals will do teach and explain what to do to you.
  5. In addition to free refreshments on the yacht, there are also many kinds of desserts, exquisite souvenirs, water sports equipment and water activities that will be at your own expense. Please bring cash and credit cards.
  6. Avoid ascending to 300 meters for 18 hours after a single dive, like parachuting and flying.
  7. Avoid altitude activities for 24 hours after multiple dives.
  8. Do not drink alcohol before 12 hours.
  9. Self-paid items need to be refunded with proof from the shipping company.
